Double occupancy (2-person) cabins can be booked directly online through Pins & Ports Cruise.

How do I book a cabin for 3–5 guests?

Accepted Answer

Triple, Quad, and Quint occupancy cabins must be booked by emailing pins@travelmation.net . Pricing and invoicing details will be provided by email.

Yes. Cruise pricing varies depending on the age of the guests traveling

What cruise ship is hosting the event?

Accepted Answer

Pins & Ports Cruise is a contracted group sailing with Disney Cruise Line aboard the Disney Wish.

Question 6

Are special tickets or credentials required for onboard Pins & Ports events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Pins & Ports Cruise onboard events and activities — including pin trading events — require event credentials or assets such as lanyards for admission.

Question 7

Will there be private pin trading events onboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There will be private pin trading times held in a closed onboard event space. Additional pin trading etiquette and event details will be released closer to the sailing date.

Can guests outside the Pins & Ports group attend the onboard events?

Accepted Answer

No. Guests who are not booked within the official Pins & Ports Cruise group will not have access to Pins & Ports onboard events and activities.

Question 9

Can cabins booked outside the group be added to the Pins & Ports group later?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. Because this is a contracted group sailing with Disney Cruise Line, cabins booked outside of the contracted group cannot be “pulled into” the Pins & Ports group.

What if I already booked directly with Disney Cruise Line?

Accepted Answer

Guests are welcome to cancel their existing reservation and rebook through Pins & Ports Cruise in order to participate in Pins & Ports Cruise activities.

Can Disney Cruise Line discounts or placeholder offers be applied?

Accepted Answer

No. Because this is a pre-negotiated contracted group sailing, placeholder discounts and any current or future promotional discounts from Disney Cruise Line are not eligible to be applied.

Are deposits and payment schedules different from regular Disney Cruise bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deposit requirements and payment schedules for this contracted group sailing are unique and differ from standard Disney Cruise Line bookings.
